Prior to CICS, Kris was the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Integration at KIPP Texas Public Schools, where he merged four KIPP regions (KIPP Austin, KIPP Dallas-Fort Worth, KIPP Houston and KIPP San Antonio) under one KIPP state-wide region. KIPP Texas served over 30,000 students across 59 schools.
Prior to KIPP Texas, Kris was the Chief Operations Officer at Success Academy Charter Schools, where over the course of 7 years, he opened over 40 new schools in New York. Success Academy served over 16,000 students across 46 schools.
